Services must be scheduled in advance, subject to our normal service area boundaries, team availability, and seasonal workload demands.

What is NOT Included
Transparency is key. Review the items and repairs that fall outside our standard routine maintenance subscriptions.
Routine Scheduled Maintenance Only
The monthly subscription price does not include repairs or replacement of broken, damaged, failed, or worn-out components.
Parts & Additional Repairs
If additional repairs are discovered during the annual service, Open Water Marine will contact you for authorization before completing additional customer-pay repairs.

Please review the details of our Season-to-Season Care Program below to ensure a smooth and continuous service experience.
The Lawn & Snow Equipment Season-to-Season Care Program is an ongoing monthly subscription. Payments are due monthly and must remain current for storage, pickup, delivery, and seasonal service benefits to remain active.
1 standard mower, 1 snowblower, 1 weed eater
1 riding mower/tractor, 1 snowblower, 1 weed eater

* Additional equipment may be added at rates established by Open Water Marine.
Equipment must be in reasonably serviceable condition when enrolled. The subscription does not serve as an equipment warranty, extended service contract, or insurance policy and does not guarantee that equipment will remain free from mechanical failure.
Equipment requiring significant repairs at the time of enrollment may require those repairs to be completed and paid for separately before being accepted.
Seasonal service is performed according to Open Water Marine’s service schedule. Customers should schedule equipment exchanges early. Open Water Marine is not responsible for weather conditions occurring before scheduled delivery.
Subscription cancellation and account requirements will follow Open Water Marine’s current Season-to-Season Care subscription terms and conditions.
Any outstanding repair charges, parts, transportation charges outside the included service area, or other customer-pay balances remain due regardless of cancellation.
Open Water Marine reserves the right to modify program pricing, service areas, included services, or program terms for future subscription periods with appropriate notice.
